RHF was created out of love, kindness, and compassion for those in need in Cameroon and Africa as a whole. You never know the difference your words can make, the impact your presence can ignite, and the positivity you can inspire in one human life with just a simple gesture of empathy.

"We are motivated to be the reason someone believes in the goodness of humanity. We like to inspire people to make a difference in others. We strive to be the influence you want to see more of. After all, kindness spreads like a virus."

Helping people in need and making them feel important in society just like anyone else is what we are passionate about. Just because we are doing a lot more doesn’t mean we are getting a lot more done.

There is a quote that says, “When you perceive choice, you perceive motivation, or you become motivated.” We are not talking about being empowered to get things done, but feeling empowered to know that we can persist until we succeed. People who perceive a sense of connection with others feel more motivated and happier.

Creating a small impact in the lives of others gives us overwhelming joy, peace, and a sense of accomplishment. Who you are is far more important than what you have. Who you are is measured by how you make others feel.
